Who We Are

The Summit Village Association of Shanty Creek represents over 600 property owners. The Board of Directors consists of all volunteers who donate their time to conduct Association business including the management of this web site.

Our Mission Statement

  • Be aware of actions to enhance value and appearance of Summit Village property
  • Provide long range planning
  • Maintain relationships with resort management and developers to insure appropriate consideration as changes and improvements are planned
  • Voice an opinion if best interests of property owners are not taken into consideration
  • Be supportive in community activities that are environmentally conscious, and provide financial support where appropriate

Fill in the “Book” number (this is the Libre number) 351 and page number 309 and click Search.  Then click on the Document icon on the left.  This will bring up the recorded version of the SVA bylaws from 1990.  The additional documents on the right are recorded amendments, Michigan Marketable Record Title Act Notices and a few other recordings.
