2026 Announcements
JANUARY SVA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING- RESIDENTS WELCOME TO OBSERVE!
On Monday January 19, from 11 AM -12:15 PM, the SVA Board of Directors will be meeting in the North Bellaire Room at the Lakeview Hotel.
The North Bellaire Room can be accessed most directly by entering the Lakeview main hotel entrance (not the conference center). Go down the ½ flight of stairs immediately after entering front door to enter the conference room.
Residents are welcome to attend to observe the meeting. A few board members will be present after the meet (until 1 pm) for informal discussion.
The draft agenda is available for review here. Draft minutes will be posted on the website within a few weeks of the meeting for review.

Draft of 11/12/25 Board Meeting Minutes is available to read under the Board tab. The next SVA Board Meeting will take place in January. Date and time will be posted here, once it is determined.
